Hello, Debate Coaches,

On-time transportation to our events is critical to starting tournaments on schedule.  Note two best practices I request from you to help ensure our transportation needs are met and to help us begin the tournament on schedule.

1. It is very important that you notify via e-mail (dwight.fryer@memphisdebate.org) by Friday, November 9 by close of business if your squad needs a bus. SpeechWire Registration will close on February 1, 2013. 
2. I am planning two separate buses for Ridgeway and Douglass Elementary to pickup students at 3:50 PM to transport you to Bellevue Middle School at 4:30 PM.  Departure to return to schools should occur at 9:30 PM after our awards ceremony.
3. If you are a bus riding squad, call my cell phone at 901-596-7105.  The Tab Room will answer and get updated information during your bus travel about your squad members who are with you on the bus.  The best practice allows the Tab Room to pre-register your teams for the event and helps us get started on schedule.
