We are pleased to invite you to the Sommerman & Quesada, LLP Tournament for the Dallas Urban Debate Alliance.
We will be holding this tournament on Saturday, November 10th, at the old Adamson High School building - located on 201 East 9th Street in Dallas. This tournament will host only middle school teams so we hope you will make it a big turn out for DUDA!

Registration 8:45 am – 9:30 am – please don’t forget to get your team pictures during registration!
Judge Training 9:00am
Round 1 9:30 am
Round 2 11:00 am
Lunch Noon
Round 3 1pm
Round 4 2:00 pm
Survey 3:00 pm
Awards 3:30 pm
Done 4:30 pm
*Because we have the building just for middle school, we will NOT be “flighting” Middle School rounds and instead will allow them to debate a fourth round in the day.
Other things to know when entering:
Deadlines:
-RSVP/deadline for confirming attendance is Friday, November 2. This RSVP helps us plan for food and judges – please RSVP as soon as possible
-Team registration deadline is Monday, November 5. At that point we must order food. Please help us ensure this number is accurate sow e can both have enough food and not waste money needlessly on extra food.
