To answer a couple of questions: Four straight rounds, two sessions of Congress with 3 bills possible each session. Morning bills will be 2,4,7, and afternoon bills will be 9,13,14. All PO's will be elected from the chamber, so please ensure that any who wish to preside know the procedures. Parlimentarians will remain in chambers all day, but judges will rotate. Depending on the weather, we will have awards as soon as we finish tabbing. Ballot copies will be available in folders at the end of the tournament. All final results will be available from Speechwire as well.

We really want to have all entries in through Speechwire, but let me know if that doesn't work. Thanks for your patience!
