Tournament Schedule

Bus Drop-Off:  Enter the school at the Performing Arts Center.  Buses may enter from McCarthy Rd or Julia St.

Please direct bus drivers to park in the East Lot (access via Porter St.) during the day.

Buses may pick up teams in the Performing Arts Center lot or (if full), idle along Julia St as teams exit PAC.

Registration: 7 a.m.

Round A: 8 a.m. (DDA, DI, IMP, INF, DEC, OO, PO, PR, SOS)

Radio and Extemp prep at 8:45 in LRC

Round B: 9:30 a.m. (DDA, ES, HDA, HI, IMP, INF, OC, OO, PR, RS)

Round C: 11 a.m. (DDA, ES, HDA, HI, INF, DEC, OC, PO, RS, SOS)

Round D: 12:30 p.m. (DI, HDA, HI, IMP, DEC, OC, OO, PO, PR, SOS)

Radio and Extemp finals prep at 1:45

Finals: 2:30 p.m.

Awards: 4:30 p.m.

JUDGES :  Each team should provide one judge for every five entries in the competition.  A full team is expected to have five judges, and teams with additional entries should bring an additional judge following the 1 judge per each 1 to 5 entries ratio.  This is absolutely necessary for the success of the tournament.

ENTRY FEES :  1-14 entries is $100
              15-28 entries (2 per event) is $150
              29-42 entries (3 per event) is $175.

              2 Full teams (4 per event) or more = $200

RULES AND PREP
Radio & Extemp :  Prep once, speak 2 times in prelims, prep again for finals.
Please send 10 impromptu and 10 extemp topics by Friday, Jan 4.
 

AWARDS:  All individuals in the final rounds will receive awards.   Top 3 team scores, based on prelims, will win team trophies.
