Welcome to the 2012 LPS Grade School Forensics Festival.  Please remember that you are allowed two entries per category with two at-large bids if you have two prose, two poetry, two informative, two storytelling, AND two demonstration speakers.  If you qualify by having these 10 entries, your team may enter up to two at-large entries in any categories.  Please note that because of a limited judging pool and time constraints, we will have to cap prose, poetry, and storytelling at the first 43 registered speakers.  Informative speaking will be capped at the first 37 registered speakers.  We have not approached these numbers in recent years, but this aids in planning. This year's entry fee is based on $4.50 per registered participant. Demonstration  speaking will be capped at 35 registerd speakers.  Teams are expected to bring a judge for each six entries or portion there of (6 speakers = 1 judge; 8 speakers = 2 judges).  A $10 finders fee will be asked for each uncovered judge.
